Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

ATcolis GP ("ATcolis", "we", "us", or "our") provides a package delivery and logistics management platform for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard application, and any related mobile application (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account & Company Information: When a business signs up, we collect the company's name, email address, phone number, physical address, city, country, logo, and website. Employees and users linked to that company provide their first and last name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely as a salted hash), and role.

Contacts, Senders & Recipients: To create and manage shipments, our business customers enter data about their own clients and senders/recipients, such as name, email, phone number, and delivery address. This information is entered by our business customers, who act as the data controller for that information; ATcolis processes it on their behalf.

Parcel & Transport Data: Tracking reference numbers, parcel descriptions, weight, declared value, pickup and delivery locations, transport routes, and delivery status/activity history.

Contact Form Submissions: If you contact us through the website's contact form, we collect your company name, name, email address, optional phone number, and message.

Location Data (optional): With your permission, the app may use your device's GPS location or an entered address to pre-fill a pickup location, or to estimate a phone number's country. This is optional and only used when you choose to provide it.

Automatically Collected Data: We use secure session cookies to keep you signed in (via NextAuth authentication) and local browser storage to remember preferences such as language, sidebar state, and recently used settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Public Tracking Data: Anyone with a valid parcel tracking reference can view that parcel's status, route, and estimated delivery information on our public tracking page, without needing to create an account. Treat tracking references as you would any other confidential reference number.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage user and company accounts and authenticate sign-ins.

To provide core features: creating and tracking parcels, managing transports, contacts, and deliveries.

To send transactional notifications about parcel and delivery status by email and, where enabled, by SMS or WhatsApp.

To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form and to provide customer support.

To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service, including detecting and preventing fraud or abuse.

To generate account-level business analytics and reports (e.g., delivery volumes, revenue) for the business customer that owns the data. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

3. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as an account remains active and as needed to provide the Service. If a company account is closed, we retain data only as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our security practices.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If your data was provided to us by a business you interact with (for example, as a delivery recipient), please contact that business first, as they control the data; we will assist them as needed.

You can update your account information directly within the app, or contact us using the details below to make a request.

You may disable non-essential cookies and local storage in your browser settings; note that this may affect the ability to stay signed in or remember your preferences.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we rely on providers that maintain appropriate contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and, for material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal data, please contact us at contact@atcolis.com.
